Eligibility Criteria for the Harvard Kennedy School PPLC Conference

To be eligible for the PPLC 2025, applicants must:

Be currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year undergraduate institution in the United States
Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, DACA recipient, or non-citizen U.S. national
Have completed at least two semesters at their undergraduate institution by the time of the conference
Not be expected to graduate during the 2025–2026 academic year
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Demonstrate a strong interest in public service and social impact leadership
